How to take useful photos

  • Use bright, even daylight. Keep photos sharp and do not use filters.
  • Keep the whole head in view, with the camera about 30 cm away. Ask someone to help.
  • Allow at least two weeks of hair growth and three days of beard growth before taking the photos.

JPG, PNG or WebP. Maximum 8 MB per photo. On an iPhone, export HEIC photos as JPG before uploading.

How do I start a free hair transplant consultation?

Complete all personal and contact fields, describe your situation and upload the seven requested photos. Both contact and health-data consents are required. The coordinator can then arrange the initial assessment with the treating team.

Do I need to choose FUE or DHI before contacting you?

No. Describe what you would like to change and any concerns about the process. The team can explain donor collection, implantation and shaving options after assessment. You can also read the FUE and DHI comparison before the consultation.

Do I need to send photos with this form?

Yes. Add seven different views: face and hairline, top, crown, left profile, right profile, under the chin and the donor area at the back. Each photo field includes an example and instructions. Use sharp, unfiltered JPG, PNG or WebP images, up to 8 MB each.

Can I ask for an assessment if I live outside the UK or Europe?

Yes. You can send an enquiry from any country. Let the coordinator know where you live, your preferred language and any travel constraints so arrangements can be discussed for your situation. Availability and the final itinerary are confirmed individually.

Will an online consultation confirm that I can have a transplant?

It starts the assessment and helps clarify your priorities. It does not replace the treating team’s clinical assessment or guarantee acceptance for surgery. You should understand what remains to be checked before committing to treatment or travel.

How do I find out how much my hair transplant will cost?
