The guarantee concerns the documented, treated scalp area. It is conditional and individually assessed. It is not a promise of a particular density, a lifetime result or a refund.
The distinction that matters: if a supplementary procedure is approved under the terms, there is no procedure fee. Flights, accommodation and transfers remain the patient’s responsibility.
Who stands behind it?
The published terms name İbrahim Koç, lead operator at Koç Hair Center, as the guarantor. Your coordinator helps with communication and the claim process. These conditions relate to bookings through the coordinated care pathway described here and should not be assumed to cover a direct booking made elsewhere.
What is covered?
The guarantee applies to the scalp area documented and treated during the procedure. It does not cover untreated areas or continued hereditary loss of your existing hair. A supplementary procedure depends on the clinical assessment, technical feasibility and available donor resources. İbrahim determines whether and how additional grafting is appropriate.
What do you need to do?
- Follow the written aftercare instructions and provide the required follow-up photographs on schedule.
- Follow the prescribed hair-loss medication continuously unless medically contraindicated, as required by the written terms. Medication decisions belong to your treating clinician.
- Cooperate with medically justified blood or DHT testing when requested. Such testing is at the patient’s cost.
- Submit a claim through your coordinator between 12 and 18 months after the procedure, including the full photographic documentation.
What does the guarantee not promise?
It does not remove the medical risks of transplantation or guarantee the same outcome for every patient. Subjective aesthetic dissatisfaction alone is excluded where the procedure was correctly performed in accordance with accepted practice. Approval of a supplementary procedure is not automatic.
Read the terms before booking.
Review the complete terms, eligibility, exclusions and responsibilities with your coordinator. Ask for the version that will apply to your booking and clarify any requirement you may be unable to follow.

Your questions, answered.
Are hair transplants guaranteed to work?
No procedure can guarantee that every graft grows or that everyone reaches the same density. A written guarantee describes a conditional remedy; it does not remove clinical uncertainty. Review both the expected outcome and the applicable terms before deciding to proceed.
Is this a lifetime guarantee?
No. The terms set a 12–18-month claim window. They exclude untreated areas and subsequent hereditary loss. Ask for the conditions applicable to your booking and keep a copy with your own treatment documents for reference.
When can I submit a claim about my result?
The window is 12–18 months after your procedure. Submit current photographs of the entire scalp through your coordinator. This is a contractual timetable for reviewing the result; health concerns require prompt medical advice whenever they arise.
Are flights, accommodation and transfers covered for a supplementary procedure?
No. An approved supplementary procedure has no procedure fee, but flights, airport transfers and accommodation remain your responsibility. Confirm arrangements before making reservations. Approval of treatment does not mean every expense associated with returning is reimbursed.
Does being unhappy with the density automatically qualify me?
No. İbrahim Koç reviews the documentation and technical feasibility. Subjective dissatisfaction alone is excluded when treatment followed accepted practice. Request assessment against your documented plan; a preferred density does not automatically establish a right to correction.
What if I cannot take the medication required by the guarantee?
The terms include ongoing prescribed hair-loss medication unless medically contraindicated. A doctor must decide whether it is appropriate for you. Discuss contraindications or adverse effects promptly, and clarify their effect on your individual terms before booking or making treatment changes.
Which photographs and records should I keep?
Keep pre-procedure images, recovery photographs and follow-up submissions. Follow your coordinator’s schedule and retain the aftercare instructions. Complete records help the operator review the treated area and progress if you later need to submit a claim.
Does this guarantee apply if I book directly somewhere else?
Do not assume that it does. The terms described here concern eligible bookings through this coordinated pathway. Before paying any provider, ask who gives the guarantee and request the exact written conditions for that booking, including exclusions and the claim process.
Why might blood tests be requested under the guarantee?
The written conditions allow the clinic to request justified tests, including DHT testing, at your expense. Refusing required cooperation may affect eligibility. Ask why testing is requested and discuss medical questions directly with the treating clinician before making a decision.
